Learnify Refund & Return Policy

At Learnify, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every course and service you purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund and return process.

1. Digital Courses and Learning Content

Because our courses are digital goods delivered instantly or on-demand, they are non-returnable. However, we do offer limited-time refunds under certain conditions.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You submit your request within 7 days of your original purchase date.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course.

  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction (e.g., technical issues, misleading description).

  • You did not receive the product or experience an access failure due to Learnify’s error.

⚠️ Note: Refunds are not guaranteed after course content is largely consumed or certificates are issued.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Completed courses or courses where certificates have been issued.

  • Purchases made via promotions, discounts, or bundles (unless defective or inaccessible).

  • Downloadable resources, templates, or materials.

  • Private tutoring sessions or workshops after they’ve occurred.

3. Subscription Refunds (If Applicable)

If you subscribed to a recurring plan (monthly/yearly), you can:

  • Cancel any time via your account dashboard.

  • Request a pro-rata refund within 7 days of initial billing if you have not used any premium features during that cycle.

No refunds are issued for:

  • Partial usage of a subscription period.

  • Renewals unless auto-renewal was clearly disabled beforehand.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email refunds@learnify-india.in or use the Help Center contact form.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order ID

    • Course name

    • Reason for refund

  3. Allow up to 5–7 business days for us to review and respond.

  4. Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.

5. Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider before contacting us, your account may be temporarily suspended during the dispute. We encourage resolving any issue directly with our support team first.

6. Legal Compliance

We comply with regional consumer laws, including:

  • GDPR Right to Withdrawal (EU customers): 14-day right of withdrawal applies only if no digital content has been accessed.

  • Consumer Protection Act (India): Transparent pricing and refund process.

  • CCPA (California): Customers can request data deletion, but refunds are only issued per this policy.
